A growing number of companies will be holiday party poopers this year. Eighty-five percent of businesses will hold a holiday celebration this year, down 9 percent from 2006, according to Battalia Winston’s annual survey. This represents the third-lowest percentage of companies conducting parties in the 19 years of the survey, the executive recruitment firm said.
