We conduct both detailed reference checks and independent leadership competency assessments to provide an additional level of information to consider. Reference calls are made by the senior members of our team and address any remaining questions.  We partner with Caliper Corporation to conduct standardized Leadership Competency Assessments. These assessments provide an overall measure of each candidate’s “position fit index”, as well as a measure of a variety of critical job related Personality Attributes and Behavioral Tendencies related to Leadership, Problem Solving and Decision Making, Personal Organization and Time Management, and Interpersonal Dynamics.
