Vincent P. Schwartz joined Amrop Battalia Winston  in November of 2002 as a Partner in the firm’s Midwest Region. Prior to that, he spent three years as Senior Vice President of Springer & Associates, a boutique search firm in Chicago, Illinois.

Vince has over 20 years of executive search experience serving clients in a broad range of industries and functions. He has developed extensive expertise in the information technology and telecommunications industries, as well as hardware, software, e-business and industrial technology companies. His clients range in size from the largest public companies to the newest entrepreneurial and owner-operated, start-up organizations. He has recruited senior executives across all functional disciplines.

Vince began his career in sales positions with IBM and NBI corporations. Following seven years recruiting sales and marketing executives for high technology clients, he directed the executive search practice in Chicago for a national public accounting firm. He later headed the information technology practice of a Chicago area search firm, as well as the Chicago office of a major international search firm.

A native of Long Island, New York, Vince holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communication Studies from Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois. He and his wife have two children, and reside in suburban Chicago, Illinois.
