Lyn Brennan is a Partner in the Healthcare and Not-for Profit Practices in the firm’s New York Office.

Prior to joining Amrop Battalia Winston, Lyn was most recently a Vice President and Director at Isaacson Miller, a Boston-based executive search firm, where she served healthcare, higher education and a wide range of not-for-profit organizations, a position she held for five years. Her clients included hospitals, healthcare systems, medical schools, universities, and major not-for-profit organizations where she focused on senior executive leadership recruitments including searches for CEO, CFO, Senior Vice President, and Executive Director positions. Prior to joining the executive search industry, Lyn spent nearly fifteen years in healthcare consulting with major firms including Ernst & Young, Coopers & Lybrand and CSC-APM. The operational expertise gained from her consulting experience provides her with valuable insight and perspectives into client needs and candidate requirements.

Lyn is a Registered Nurse with over twenty five years experience in the healthcare industry. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from Georgetown University and a MA in Healthcare Administration from New York University. She worked as a nurse and staff development instructor at several academic medical centers before moving to the consulting industry.

A native New Englander, she calls Cheshire, Connecticut her home. Her interests include golf, running, and swimming and the beach, any time of day and any season of the year.
