Lisa Tromba joined Amrop Battalia Winston International in October of 2006 as a Vice President. She has a successful track record of delivering high impact leadership talent through to C-level, within Industrial and Consumer manufacturing and marketing-driven organizations. Lisa has the demonstrated experience working across functions and has enjoyed building leadership teams with diverse perspectives for long-term clients. Her specialization in Supply Chain Management and Operations will benefit both Industrial and Consumer companies. Her experience in providing clients with assessment capabilities which identify leadership capacity, cultural fit, operating style and “high potential” leadership talent has positioned her as a strategic value partner and integral part of the team within client organizations.

Previously, Lisa was Principal at a leading global search firm. She began her search career in 1991with a Private Equity Firm and supported executive search activities for the Firm’s portfolio of 14 Companies. She spent the first seven years of her professional career with International Business Machines Corporation.

Lisa holds a Masters degree in Communication with an emphasis on Organizational Development. She also holds business-focused assessment certifications in the areas of style, cultural fit and leadership capacity. Lisa is a member of Women in Management, Women’s Leadership Exchange, Society of Human Resource Professionals and the Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals. She has spoken on the topic of “Leadership” to groups within the Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals and has been published on the subject of Supply Chain Leadership. Lisa was quoted in the book, From Cinderella to CEO, published in 2005 and has been published in Chief Executive Magazine and by the American Management Association. In addition, she has been quoted in newspapers, magazines and online publications including HR Magazine, WSJ, Crain’s and Manufacturing.net on topics related to global leadership.

Lisa is married and she and her husband reside in Stamford, Connecticut with their two sons.
