Leveraging her 18 years recruiting tenure with Andersen Worldwide/Accenture and 8+ years top tier executive search experience, Ms. Griffin brings the unique combination of both corporate in-house executive recruiting and outside executive recruiting knowledge and expertise to her clients.

Kathryn specializes in General Counsel and functional leadership across Legal, Finance, Audit, Tax, Risk, Compliance. Clients span all industries, associations, non-profits and law firms. Prior to joining Amrop Battalia Winston, Ms. Griffin was Founder & Managing Partner of the Washington, DC Office of a top 20 nationally ranked search firm. Prior Kathryn was a Senior Partner at Korn/Ferry International where she led the US Regional Legal & Professional Services practices for 5 years and was the #1 ranked Legal Partner for North America.

Earlier, Kathryn enjoyed an accomplished 18-year career with Andersen and Accenture where she specialized in recruiting (audit, tax, technology) and change management. Kathryn was on the nationwide leadership & design team which developed Accenture’s Critical Behavior Interview (CBI) methodology. CBI is used globally to identify and assess “best people” in functional and leadership skills and behaviors for the right cultural fit. This behavioral assessment expertise is a key service differentiator for Kathryn’s search portfolio.

Later, as an Associate Partner-Business Development, Kathryn created and launched Accenture’s highly successful Women’s Leadership Forum, a thought leadership exchange for senior executives, now a global initiative for Accenture.

Kathryn’s judicial career was launched with six years in the Florida Judiciary; the Seventeenth Judicial Circuit and Florida Supreme Court where she designed, led and managed successful systems and operations change management initiatives. One highlighted on CBS 60 Minutes.

Kathryn is published in Stephen Covey’s “Leadership Excellence” magazine and “Lawyers-Australia” with her thought leadership “The CEO Lawyer.” She is a graduate of Florida State University.
