Jane Greenwald joined Amrop  Battalia Winston International in 1999 as Partner in the New Jersey office. Formerly affiliated with another major executive search firm whose New Jersey office she managed, Jane has for more than 20 years been recognized as an innovator in the field of recruitment of high profile executives across a full range of functional areas and industries.

Jane’s experience includes advising senior management on executive selection, succession planning, recruitment strategies, organizational design and leadership development. She is known for her expertise in assessing the client’s culture and changing business needs and in placing individuals who thrive in highly demanding environments.

Jane holds a BS from New York University and an MS in Personnel Services from Monmouth University. Previous to her career as a search consultant, she was President of Career Bound Advisory Services.

In addition to her business activities, Jane is a member of the Advisory Board of the Alfred University College of Business and Administration, the Johns Hopkins University Parents’ Board and the Mayor’s Citizens Budgetary Advisory Committee of her local township. She is a past President of the Millburn Township Scholastic Boosters, an organization which provides college scholarship funds to students.

Jane is married and has two sons. A car enthusiast, Jane enjoys fitness.
