Adam Millinger is a Partner in the New Jersey office of Amrop Battalia Winston and has been with the firm since 2001.
Prior to joining Amrop Battalia Winston, Adam was a Principal at Nicholson International, a retained executive search firm, for their Healthcare Practice. In this role, he was responsible for managing and executing searches as well as developing new business. In addition, Adam was responsible for overseeing Nicholson’s human resource consulting practice in the United States.
Adam has been heavily involved with human resource consulting through his experience at Archeus Inc. as well as Caliper Human Strategies. At Archeus, he was a Senior Counselor responsible for providing employee assistance and corporate therapy services to employees of major corporations as well as facilitating training programs to enhance employee cohesiveness for productivity.
After joining Caliper as a Consultant, Adam became more involved with the areas of organizational development through the use of Caliper’s personality assessment instrument. The instrument was used to help understand the “fit” of people for particular roles, whether it was candidates applying for positions, in developing current employees for optimal performance or for team building to increase overall business effectiveness.
Adam also has formal training as a psychotherapist prior to joining the consulting aspect of human resources.
Adam is a graduate of the George Washington University as well as New York University.
